JAC revealed this four-door Vision IV concept at the Beijing Motor Show.
Designed by JAC's Turin-based design team, the concept showcases both a hybrid powertrain and a new A-segment chassis that houses a lithium ion battery in the center tunnel. The styling is meant to convey both a sense of 'natural electricity' and the fluid, natural strokes of Chinese calligraphy. It looks like the ‘New’ Bugatti promised yesterday is the Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse World Record Convertible, not the ‘Super’ Veyron. We should have known. Yesterday we reported that Bugatti are teasing ’the latest example of exceptional Bugatti performance’, which we thought might be the much touted ‘Super’ Veyron offering 1600hp.
Porsche is telling 2014 911 GT3 owners to park their cars until the company can check them out for engine problems that could cause a fire. Porsche says it will pick the vehicles up and take them to a Porsche Center immediately, and that safety is its immediate concern. Two vehicles in Europe caught fire after engine damage occurred, so Porsche decided to inspect all 785 vehicles delivered worldwide.
